Job Title:     Project Manager (Bond Funded)           

Reports to:      Superintendent of Schools

Duty Days:      226

Wage / Hour:  Exempt

 

Primary Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all new construction and renovation projects associated with the Fairfield ISD 2025 Bond, including ensuring compliance with all planning and zoning requirements. This position acts as a liaison between various ISD departments, school administrators, architect / design professionals, and contractors, ensuring projects meet deadlines, stay within budgets and satisfy quality requirements.

 

This bond-funded position will conclude at the successful close-out of the project(s), estimated to be 2 years.
